  • Enrollment Number – to verify eligibility. (All Students Unique)

Institute Data

  • Name, Email, Address, Phone – institution context.
  • Approved Enrollment Lists – used only to verify student membership during register.

Feedback Data

  • Ratings – Teaching Quality, Infrastructure, etc.
  • Comments – actual feedback text.
  • Timestamps – date and time of submission.

  • Authentication & Verification – enrollment numbers verify student membership.
  • Analytical Reporting – aggregated data creates reports for institutes.
  • Service Maintenance – data monitors and maintains services.
  • Public Display – average ratings are displayed publicly.

We use Google Firebase (Firestore) to manage and store data.

We do not sell your data.

Data integrity is our priority. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Security: Google’s cloud infrastructure is secure, and standard encryption is applied at rest and during data transfer.

  • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore)

    Used for secure user authentication and data management.

  • MPAndroidChart

    Used to generate statistical charts in Institute Reports.

These providers access your data solely to provide their services to us.
